Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Summary: Stellar, a global data and AI practice, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ success by driving adoption, engagement, and value realization of our data and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer success best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges, and develop a plan to help them achieve their goals using our data and AI solutions and customer success enablers and best practices
  • Work closely with Stellar and customer teams to ensure successful delivery of our solutions, and collaborate with clients to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ business and industry, and provide strategic guidance on how our solutions can drive value and competitive advantage
  • Drive adoption and engagement of our solutions by developing and executing a customer success plan, and providing regular training and support to clients
  • Monitor customer health and usage of our solutions, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of customer success metrics and progress against targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data and AI technology and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of our solutions and customer success practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of success in driving customer adoption, engagement, and value realization
  • Strong understanding of data and AI technology, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose solutions that address their specific needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
