Job Title: Sales Executive — Healthcare and Life Sciences

Job Overview:

Stellar, an innovative technology services company, is seeking a Sales Executive with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leading healthcare providers, Big Pharma, and Life Sciences organizations. The successful candidate will have a track record of achieving sales targets, a deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences processes (operations, R&D Operations, and Clinical Ops), and a passion for helping customers solve complex business problems using data and AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations at all levels.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and delivery teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of the customer
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by using CRM tools and techniques
  • Provide regular updates to management on the progress of sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that Stellar is positioned as a thought leader in the Healthcare and Life Sciences space.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling technology solutions to healthcare and life sciences organizations
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences processes, including clinical trial processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
